While many seniors may begin their final year of college with trepidation about the future ahead, Business Administration major Patrick Parsons '23 is heading into his final stretch with confidence. After a successful stint as a Project Coordinator Intern with Granite Telecommunications in the spring of 2022, Parsons was offered a full-time job.

Curry Welcomes Microsoft Experts for Discussion on How AI is Pioneering Innovation

Curry College welcomed five AI leaders and thinkers from Microsoft’s Innovation Hub in Boston and its New England Research and Development Center to campus for an evening of learning and discussion on artificial intelligence (AI). Questions ranging from 'What is AI?', to what industries are affected the most, to how developers and users should think about ethics and privacy, were explored in both the keynote speech and the panel discussion led by Curry Board of Trustees member Anne Margulies, a former Chief Information Officer of Harvard University.

Public Relations Students Gain Real-World Experience Collaborating with Non-Profit Organizations

This semester, five Curry students created campaigns for the needs of three clients: Girls on the Run, Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and Great Dog Rescue of New England as part of the Public Relations capstone course. This semester-long project gives students a chance to experience what work in their future careers will entail, and helps them practice the skills they'll need to be successful.
