Living a Healthy and Balanced Life at Curry

You’ll work hard on your studies at Curry College, but we know there’s more to life than that. Balance is key, and that’s why we offer a wide range of programs and services to help you lead a well-rounded, healthy, active and empowered life.

What does it mean to Be Well at Curry?

Wellness is the active process of becoming aware and making positive choices toward a healthy and balanced life. It’s a process deeper than simply working out or eating well (though those are important!) It also encompasses your spiritual, social and emotional health. We can help you address each of these important dimensions to wellness.

Spiritual Life

Many students find faith to be an important part of wellness: It gives them the tools to live well-rounded lives of meaning and purpose. We provide a range of services to support your spiritual and religious growth. Our non-denominational James P. O’Toole Chapel, located in the Student Center, hosts regular services and provides a welcoming space for students to worship, meditate and meet.
