Curry College students on the golf course as part of the Physical Education programPhysical Education courses provide students with an opportunity to enhance their level of well-being by selecting courses in fitness, wellness and lifetime activities. Any Physical Education class may be used to meet the Wellness degree requirement.

All 1000 level activity courses may be repeated once for additional credit. Although these classes may be taken at any time, students are encouraged to complete their requirement by the end of their sophomore year. Varsity athletes may be eligible to meet the wellness requirement by completing one season "in good standing."
