Academic ExcellenceThe decision about whether or not to report any form of sexual misconduct is a very personal decision. Curry College encourages all victim-survivors to report incidents to Curry College or to law enforcement, but deciding whether or not to report and where to report is up to each individual. In all cases, Curry College encourages victim-survivors and others affected by sexual misconduct to seek the confidential resources found here, and learn about reporting options.
This section of our website provides information on how to report to Curry College, how to report to law enforcement, gathering evidence, and reasons to consider reporting. The Curry College Student Handbook also has more information about protection from retaliation, amnesty, and other options available to those who report.
Anyone with questions about these issues is encouraged to contact confidential resources or Curry College's Title IX Coordinator .
