Academic ExcellenceLiubomir Topaloff is a professor of politics, specializing in both Comparative Politics and International Relations. He spent over 10 years as an associate professor at Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan. More recently he was a visiting faculty in the History Department of Boston College, and a visiting research fellow at the Clough Center for Study of Constitutional Democracy at Boston College. Originally from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, he has a degree in History from Universite d'Aix-Marseilles in France, a Master's degree in Humanities from Sofia University in Bulgaria, MPP Security Studies from University of Chicago, and PhD in Politics and International Affairs from Northeastern University, Boston.
