Tamara Menghi Executive Director, Career & Experiential Learning

Tamara Menghi is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in higher education, specializing in career services. Her Master's degree in Counseling and Higher Education Administration has equipped her with a deep understanding of student and career development. Tamara's collaborative efforts with industry leaders and educators have created impactful partnerships, programs, and events that support college student career exploration. Her diverse experience includes instructing a career development course, leading on-campus recruiting, organizing large-scale career fairs, and facilitating various career exploration events and programs.

Before joining Curry College, Tamara was the Senior Associate Director for Career Services and Operations within Career Advising & Professional Development at MIT. In addition to career services, her professional background includes academic advising, preprofessional advising, collaborating with student organizations, and residential life. Her tenure in higher education spans working at MIT, Wesleyan University, and SUNY Morrisville. 

Outside work, Tamara enjoys walking her dog, Junie, listening to a good podcast or audiobook, sewing, baking, and counting the days until Halloween.
