John Eagan is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Curry College, with a focus in digital communications (web, social media, photo, video, email, and more). John joined the Curry community in 2008. Previously, he was a news producer and the website master at NBC 10 and ABC 6 in Providence, RI respectively, and brought with him several years of television post-production experience working for media entities like Warner Bros., Fox, NBC, ABC, and CBS in Hollywood, CA.
Since 2011, John has served as an adjunct communication faculty member at Curry College (TV Producing and Production, Writing for Broadcasting), Bridgewater State University (Video Editing), and Bristol Community College (Public Speaking). John was on the Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Boston/New England Chapter (2014-2016) and is also licensed to teach television and radio broadcasting by the Massachusetts Department of Education.
