Derek Cameron is a connector of people and opportunities, with nearly 15 years of experience helping students and employers find common ground and shared purpose. His work spans graduate admissions, career technology, and employer engagement, with roles at Wheelock College, Boston College, and Northeastern University. In each position, Derek has focused on more than just preparing students for the workforce—he’s worked to build programs that inspire them to tell their stories, find their strengths, and create fulfilling careers.

As the founder of 3805 Productions, Derek has spent the last five years blending creativity with strategy, running a media company that helps businesses craft compelling narratives. His entrepreneurial background fuels his ability to think differently, adapt to challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the table. It’s this same mindset he brings to his work at Curry College, helping students and employers connect in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Derek can often be found perfecting his craft at the grill, hiking with his dogs, or spending time with family as they embark on a new beekeeping adventure.
