On Thursday, September 1, WCVB's Chronicle featured the work of Dr. Karen Lischinsky, Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and Sociology, and the Massachusetts Restorative Justice Collaborative, which helps to bring perpetrators and victims of violent crime together for a dialogue to facilitate healing and break the cycle of violence.
The segment focused on restorative justice in the Norfolk prison, and the push to expand restorative justice practices throughout the Massachusetts prison system.
