Not a Continuing Education student? Visit our traditional undergraduate Nursing program...
As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, Curry College is committed to ensuring that our RN-BS nursing program provides you with the best possible education and support to help you succeed.
Beginning with the Fall 2025 enrollment, our nursing programs will transition to a cohort model. This new structure is designed to enhance student support, foster a collaborative learning environment, and strengthen student progression through the program.
Under the cohort model, you will advance through your nursing education alongside a consistent group of peers, creating strong professional and academic relationships. This model promotes a sense of community, peer mentorship, and a more structured learning experience, all of which are critical to your success in the program and beyond.
We will be hosting a series of information sessions beginning in June 2025. These sessions will provide an overview of the cohort model, details on the student experience, and an opportunity to address any questions you may have. We strongly encourage you to attend and learn how this approach will support your journey toward becoming a nursing professional.
We are excited about this transition and the benefits it will bring to our students. If you have any immediate questions or would like to express your interest in the program, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for considering Curry College RN-BS Nursing Program for your education. We look forward to welcoming you into our community and supporting you on your path to a rewarding nursing career.
As a Registered Nurse, there is no better way to prepare for the growing demands of the dynamic workplace than to further your education. Learning has no age limit. Here are some of the reasons given by RNs regarding their decision to enter Curry's RN-BS Nursing Program:
RN to Baccalaureate (BSN, BS or Bachelor of Science in Nursing) programs provide an efficient bridge for diploma and ADN-prepared nurses who wish to develop stronger clinical reasoning and analytical skills to advance their careers. RN-to-BS programs build on initial nursing preparation with course work to enhance professional development, prepare for a broader scope of practice, and provide a better understanding of the cultural, political, economic, and social issues that affect patients and influence care delivery. While a BS in nursing and a BSN are different degrees, they are essentially interchangeable in the field of nursing.
Curry College is proud to support the GI Bill® and the Yellow Ribbon GI Education program. As a veteran, military member or qualifying dependent you can take advantage of your education benefits while earning your degree at Curry College. The RN-BS program is delivered 100% online, however we are now providing a hyflex option to our veteran or active-duty military students. The first class of each course can be offered hyflex to ensure military education benefits are received. All students are welcome to attend this hyflex class as well.

From a decade-long career as a hairdresser to her acceptance into a Ph.D. program in Nursing, Curry RN-BS grad Cassey Bullard’s career path has been anything but traditional. As she stood behind her salon chair, she never imagined that the girl from rural Iowa, with a town of 960 people and one traveling doctor, would be on her way back to the Hawkeye State as a Registered Nurse, bachelor’s degree recipient, and doctoral degree candidate.
Finishing your degree is more affordable than ever. RN-BS Nursing students can take 6 or more credits per semester and reduce your per-credit cost to just $375/credit. Talk to your Advisor for complete Tuition Assistance Award details. Award eligibility and availability of courses is not guaranteed.
